What this article covers

Minimum and maximum design sizes, print area, and material sheet sizes for all Signmax materials. Use this article when a customer asks about size limitations or whether a specific size is possible. For sheet calculations (how many signs fit on a sheet), see the Sheet Calculator article.

The print area refers to the usable surface of the sheet after margins are accounted for. Always check both min and max web size before quoting. For custom sizes beyond the listed maximums, confirm feasibility with production before quoting and follow the Special Routine.

Brass signs

Brass signs are available in fixed standard plate sizes only — size cannot be customised beyond the listed options. For customised sizes recommend anodized aluminium in gold, 1 mm thickness.

Cable tags are available in three fixed sizes only — 30×20 mm, 60×12 mm, and 75×15 mm. Size cannot be customised. If customer need is other sizes, recommend engraved plastic 0,8 mm instead.
