An overview of Tingstad as a loyalty customer, how the relationship works, which email accounts to use for which customers, and general rules that apply to all Tingstad orders. Who is Tingstad?
Tingstad is one of our loyalty customers for the Swedish market. They are a retailer for consumable supplies, work clothes, and equipment for workplaces. Their customers can place orders on Tingstad's website, which generates tickets to us in Zendesk where we receive an order documentation (purchase order).
Tingstad has been a loyalty customer since 2022. They place orders continuously on behalf of different customers within their customer base. The most common request is name badges. Their largest customers we currently produce signs for are Espresso House and Kronans Apotek — but they also have many requests from smaller customers and for their standard assortment on their website.
We do not have direct contact with Tingstad's end customers. All communication goes through Tingstad only.
Email accounts — which account belongs to which customer
Depending on the type of sign and customer, orders arrive from different email accounts. Orders must as a standard rule never be placed on a personal Tingstad account — see the exceptions noted in the individual customer articles.
