Sign Sizes — Min/Max per Fixing Method

What this article covers

The minimum and maximum sign sizes that apply when a specific fixing method is selected in the Design Page. These limits are enforced by the Design Page — if a sign is resized outside a fixing method's allowed range, the method is automatically deselected. Use this article as a quick reference when a customer asks whether a specific fixing method is available for their sign size.

All sizes in millimetres (mm), width × height. Limits below apply to standard rectangular signs. Shape-specific exceptions are listed in a separate table under each product section.

Important notes

If a fixing method is greyed out in the Design Page, the current sign size is outside that method's allowed range.
If a sign is resized past a fixing method's limit while it is already selected, the Design Page keeps the new size but silently deselects the fixing method — the customer may not notice this has happened.
The size suggestion dropdown in the Design Page shows popular presets, not the true min/max limits. The actual limits are those listed in this article.
For products not listed here (banners, magnetic signs, stainless steel, double-sided signs, contour-cut signs etc.) — confirm limits directly in the Design Page or with production.
