Flag Bracket (I-Profile) — Special Fixing Method

What it is
The flag bracket with I-profile is a custom fixing method designed for mounting double-sided signs on round poles or pipes. The bracket consists of two parts: a flag bracket that rests against the pole and a hook that attaches to the pole. Together they hold the sign perpendicular to the pole, making both sides of the sign visible from opposite directions.

| Compatible sign types | Double-sided signs are mainly made in GoBond (aluminium composite). For single-sided signs, we normally use Aluminium (lacquered). It may be possible to make two aluminium (lacquered) signs and attach them together with tape to create a double-sided sign. However, this is a very tight fit for the 3 mm flag attachment, and the manufacturing time will be longer because two separate signs need to be produced and assembled. |

Before quoting — mandatory
- Always confirm stock availability with production before quoting. The bracket is not a standard stocked item and must be confirmed available before a delivery time or price is promised to the customer.
- Always confirm the pole diameter with the customer before quoting — the I-profile bracket is sized for a specific diameter (60 mm). If the customer's pole diameter differs, an alternative solution may be needed.
Production and Prepress — important
- Always notify Prepress when a sign is ordered with this fixing method. The bracket covers part of the sign surface on the side where it is attached — Prepress must adjust the design to ensure no important content (text, logos, safety information) falls within the area covered by the bracket.
- Add Flaggfäste I-profil 137mm/60mm diameter to the checklist in SignAdmin when placing the order.
- Always add to the Slack Special List.
