Special laminates are not part of the standard production flow. They require manual handling and in some cases a minimum order value. Always confirm availability and pricing with production before quoting.

Anti-graffiti laminate — approximately 72% surcharge on the laminate cost (not the full sign price), plus extra production time: 1.5mm +30 min, 3mm +1h.
Frosted laminate — minimum order value SEK 5,000 when used on materials other than acrylic or ordered as a vinyl.
Whiteboard laminate on magnetic signs — minimum order value SEK 5,000.
Reflective prismatic laminate — significantly higher material cost than standard reflective. Always check current pricing before quoting.
Known quality issues
Laminate cracking at edges in humid or marine environments — occurs when the laminate is not fully sealed at the edges, allowing moisture in. Communicate this limitation proactively to customers ordering for outdoor marine or high-humidity environments.
Dirt trapped under laminate — a recurring production issue that triggers a redo order. If a customer reports this, classify it as a production defect and handle accordingly.
White colour peeling on decals — can occur with standard laminate. Solution: switch to aluminium laminate or frosted laminate.
Anti-fingerprint laminate — does not exist in our range. If a customer asks for this, explain that anti-graffiti laminate is the closest alternative we offer.
