How to handle special orders where the customer wants decals with adhesive on the front rather than the back. This is a non-standard option that requires manual handling.

How to create the quote

• Always choose a transparent decal as the base product.
• For vinyl, place it as reverse in Signomatic.
• Always add extra service fee: SEK 250 per started 30 minutes.
• If the Quote Template should be used → use it for calculated price.

Before quoting

• If any questions → write in CX Special Channel for internal support.
• If the need of two extra CX eyes → post the finalized quote in CX Special Channel.

Manufacturing

• Always add minimum +2 extra manufacturing days.

---

When accepted

• Add to Slack Special List if the correct criteria are met.
• Move to Special Flow and add the comment "Adhesive front" under Prepress.
