Overview
Agents must always use the correct signature when sending replies to customers. Signatures are available as Zendesk macros and must always be applied via macro — do not type signatures manually. This ensures consistent formatting across all markets.
How to Apply Signatures
- When composing a reply in Zendesk, apply the relevant signature macro before sending
- Signatures include: agent first name, role, brand name, and website
- Do not type signatures manually — always use the macro
- If your market's signature macro is missing, notify your Team Lead
Important Rules
- Always use the correct brand name — never sign as "Signomatic" on a Skyltmax, Schildermaxe, or Bordenmax ticket
- If you are covering a colleague's market temporarily, use that market's signature macro
- Max does not add signatures — this is always the agent's responsibility via macro
