CX Terminology Glossary — SE/NO/DK Language Adaptation
Internal · Updated July 2026
What this article covers
The specific terms that must be adapted when writing replies to Norwegian and Danish customers. All replies to SE/NO/DK customers are written in Swedish — only the terms listed in this glossary are replaced with the equivalent term in the customer's language. All other text stays in Swedish.
How to use this glossary
Write the full customer reply in Swedish
Detect whether the customer wrote in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
Replace only the glossary terms below with the corresponding term for that language
Do not translate any other words
Example: If the customer writes in Norwegian, replace offert with tilbud and skylt with skilt — everything else stays in Swedish.
