Delivery time and shipping options for customers in Belgium. Delivery time depends on the material, order specifications, and shipping method, and always includes both production time and shipping time.

  • Check which shipping method the customer wants.
  • If the order is Custom/Special, explain that delivery time will be longer (at least 2 extra days).
  • If the order is B2B or large volume, confirm delivery time via the quote template.

Prioritized manufacturing

If a customer wants faster delivery, there are three options:

  • Prioritized manufacturing — available if the order qualifies under the rules for this service. When available, the option appears in the item list in Signadmin on the order/quote and can be added to the order. This cannot be added to special orders, which instead always get 2 extra delivery days. It is only available on a quote and when an order is in to-do status.

  • DHL Express — offer this shipping method instead of standard or tracked letter. It is significantly more expensive than ordinary or tracked letter shipping but usually faster.

  • Production priority check — check with production whether the order can be prioritized in the production queue. This depends on current production load. If possible, this should be charged at least the same as what is currently charged for prioritized manufacturing.
