Engraved plastic — colour rules and limitations

Engraved plastic signs are made from a two-layer material — the top layer defines the surface colour and the bottom layer defines the engraved text colour. This means all designs are based on two-colour contrast combinations only. Full colour printing, gradients, and images are not possible.

Available combinations:

  • 0.8 mm comes in:
    • Black/White
    • White/Black

  • 1.6 mm offers a wider range:
    • White/Black
    • Black/White
    • Blue/White
    • White/Blue — (not in the table above)
    • Red/White
    • White/Red — (not in the table above)
    • Pink/White
    • Green/White
    • Yellow/Black
    • Grey/White
    • Orange/White
    • Purple/White
    • Brown/White
    • Silver/Black — (not in the table above)
    • Gold/Black — (not in the table above)
    • Rosé/Black — (not in the table above)

Outdoor suitability: most combinations work outdoors, but Gold/Black, Silver/Black, and Rosé/Black are not recommended for outdoor use. Outdoor-adapted gold and silver versions may be available as custom options, though these can appear slightly darker or have a different finish than the indoor standard.
